QHHT® vs NLP: My Personal Review

My assessment of different approaches to healing.

QHHT® vs NLP

For as long as I can remember, I've been an explorer—not in the physical sense of scaling mountains or navigating the seas, but in the realm of experience and understanding. I test and try everything.

When I tried Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) session the first time, I uncovered a profound truth about my role in this lifetime.

I realised that I’m here to collect information, research, and send it back to my home planet. Yes, I am an Extra Terrestrial, a star seed of a highly analytical and logical nature. And what I’ve been doing all along—trialing, testing, and experiencing different healing modalities—has been a part of that mission.

My own personal healing journey has led me to compare and contrast different methods, always searching for what truly works at the deepest level.

That search led me to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), an approach that’s been around for decades, designed to rewire the way we think, behave, and process experiences through crafted scripting and using language.

What is NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) was developed in the 1970s by Richard Bandler and John Grinder as a method to understand the connection between language, thought patterns, and behaviour. It’s often used in coaching, therapy, and personal development to help people reframe limiting beliefs, change thought patterns, and achieve desired outcomes.

NLP operates under the premise that by changing how we talk to ourselves and interpret experiences, we can change our reality. Techniques involve visualisation, anchoring emotions, and pattern recognition to shift Subconscious programming.

People have found NLP to be highly effective in shifting mindset and behaviour, but my experience with it left me with a different perspective.

My Experience With NLP

When I experienced NLP firsthand, I found myself frustrated. The session lasted about 15–20 minutes, and while I understood the intention behind it, I couldn't shake the feeling that my conscious mind was making up the answers.

The goal was to access my Subconscious, yet I felt like I was still operating at a surface level. I wasn’t fully relaxed, I wasn’t in an altered state, and the answers I gave felt forced—like I was just pulling responses from my logical mind rather than tapping into something deeper.

There are levels to how deeply we can access the Subconscious—and QHHT® takes you to depths that NLP simply cannot reach.

I suddenly understood why, in QHHT® sessions, some people feel like they’re making it all up. When the conscious mind is still active and in control, there’s skepticism. But there’s a difference between thinking something up and allowing something deeper to surface.

With NLP, I felt like I was pulling answers from my head. With QHHT®, I feel like I’m receiving answers from beyond my mind.

How QHHT® Goes Deeper

If NLP is a quick mental reframing tool, QHHT® is an immersive deep dive into the Subconscious.

Developed by Dolores Cannon over 40 years of research and practice, QHHT® is designed to bring people into the deepest level of hypnosis—a state where profound healing, past life exploration, and contact with higher consciousness can occur.

Unlike NLP, which works primarily within the constructs of the conscious and unconscious mind, QHHT® bypasses the thinking mind entirely. This is why people accessing their Subconscious (or Higher Self) in QHHT® sessions have reported experiences such as:

  • Past life regression (seeing and experiencing past lifetimes)

  • Healing physical ailments through subconscious awareness

  • Receiving guidance from higher beings, star family, or spirit guides

  • Understanding their soul purpose and life mission

This level of depth is something NLP simply doesn’t touch. NLP may help with mindset shifts, but it does not bring people into the altered state necessary for deep Subconscious exploration.

A Simple Analogy: NLP vs. QHHT®

The way I explain it is simple:

Imagine your mind is a garden full of weeds—each weed representing limiting beliefs, fears, traumas, or outdated programming.

  • NLP is like pulling out one or two weeds at a time—a practical, step-by-step approach to clearing specific thought patterns.

  • QHHT® is zapping all the weeds at once like resetting the entire garden and starting fresh.

For some, NLP might be enough—a quick reset, a small shift - one weed.

But for those who are truly ready for a profound transformation, who want to go beyond the mind and into the soul, QHHT® is the gateway.

My Takeaway

Everyone’s experience is different, and NLP may work well for some people. But for me, the depth of QHHT® is unparalleled.

If you’re someone who wants to reframe a limiting belief or adjust your mindset, NLP might be helpful.

But if you’re ready to dive deep into the wisdom of your Subconscious, uncover your soul’s purpose, and receive answers beyond your conscious mind, then QHHT® is the path I recommend.

For those who have tried NLP and felt like it was too surface-level, or if you’ve ever wondered if there’s more beyond the mind, I invite you to experience QHHT®.

It’s not just about changing the way you think—it’s about remembering who you truly are.
