From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and relaxed in her space. Elisa has a gentle, calming, and genuine manner that immediately put me at ease.

After the session, I was completely wiped out—it took me a couple of days to re-centre myself, but I could already feel shifts happening within. It’s not easy to define exactly, but I felt much more positive and mentally sharp, like I had lifted out of a fog. I was able to have a few difficult conversations that I had been procrastinating over for a long time, and I immediately felt a weight lifted from me.
