QHHT vs NLP: Why Quantum Healing Goes Deeper

QHHT® vs NLP: My Personal Review of Quantum Therapy
QHHT® vs NLP
For as long as I can remember, I've been an investigator, an explorer—not of mountains, but of human behaviour. I try and test everything. That's my "old life" still part of me; as an ex-economist working with data and AI, I analyse everything. My past often creeps back in (see my blog Economist to Energy Healer).
When I had my first Quantum Healing Hypnosis session, I uncovered a profound truth. I realised I’m a "star seed" with a highly analytical nature, here to research and understand the human experience. This mission led me to compare two heavy hitters in the world of quantum therapy: QHHT® and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
My own personal healing journey has led me to compare and contrast different methods, always searching for what truly works at the deepest level. Believe me, I have tried and tested many things in search of the best modality to heal my own patterns and fears.
I started with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), an approach that’s been around for decades, designed to rewire the way we think, behave, and process experiences through crafted scripting and using language.
What is NLP?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) was developed in the 1970s to understand the connection between language and behaviour. It’s a popular tool for reframing limiting beliefs and shifting mindset. While effective for some, my personal experience felt a bit surface-level.
When I tried NLP, I felt like my logical mind was still "making up" the answers. I wasn't in a truly altered state. There are levels to the subconscious—and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique takes you to depths that NLP simply cannot reach.
My Experience With NLP
When I experienced NLP firsthand, I found myself frustrated. The session lasted about 15–20 minutes, and while I understood the intention behind it, I couldn't shake the feeling that my conscious mind was the one making up the answers.
The goal was to access my Subconscious, yet I felt like I was still operating at a surface level. I wasn’t fully relaxed, I wasn’t in an altered state, and the answers I gave felt forced—like I was just pulling responses from my logical mind rather than tapping into something deeper.
I suddenly understood why, in QHHT® sessions, some people feel like they’re making it all up. When the conscious mind is still active and in control, there’s skepticism. But there’s a difference between thinking something up and allowing something deeper to surface.
With NLP, I felt like I was pulling answers from my head. With QHHT®, I feel like I’m receiving answers from beyond my mind
What is QHHT®?
If you are wondering, "what is QHHT?", think of it as an immersive deep dive. Developed by Dolores Cannon, it bypasses the conscious "chatter" to reach the Somnambulistic state. QHHT® is designed to bring people into the deepest level of hypnosis—a state where profound healing, past life exploration, and contact with higher consciousness can occur.
Unlike NLP, which works with your current mindset, quantum healing hypnosis goes beyond the mind, bypassing the thinking mind entirely to access the deeper level called the Subconscious. In a QHHT® session we explore:
Past life regression (seeing and experiencing past lifetimes)
Healing physical ailments through understanding the root cause (possibly carried from a past life)
Receiving guidance from higher beings, star family, or spirit guides
Direct communication with the Subconscious (Higher Self)
Understand your soul purpose and star seed origins
Instantaneous energetic shifts.
A Simple Analogy: NLP vs. QHHT®
The way I explain it is simple:
Imagine your mind is a garden full of weeds—each weed representing limiting beliefs, fears, traumas, or outdated programming.
NLP is like pulling out one or two weeds at a time—a practical, step-by-step approach to clearing specific thought patterns.
QHHT® is zapping all the weeds at once like resetting the entire garden and starting fresh.
For some, NLP might be enough—a quick reset, a small shift - one weed. But then you come back again for the next weed, and the next. Who's got time and patience for that? I didn't.
Or NLP is like scuba diving, skimming the surface with enough breath to look at something deep one at a time. Whereas, QHHT® is like scuba diving where you can explore all the things down in the depths of your subconscious at once - the part of you that holds all the answers.
For those who truly desire a profound transformation, who want to go beyond the mind and into the soul, QHHT® is the gateway.
My Takeaway
Everyone’s experience is different, and NLP may work well for some people. But for me, the depth of QHHT® is unparalleled.
If you’re someone who wants to reframe a limiting belief or adjust your mindset, NLP might be helpful.
But if you’re ready to dive deep into the wisdom of your Subconscious, uncover your soul’s purpose, and receive answers beyond your conscious mind, then find a QHHT practitioner to help connect you to the Subconscious.
For those who have tried NLP and felt like it was too surface-level, or if you’ve ever wondered if there’s more beyond the mind, I invite you to experience a QHHT® session with me.
It’s not just about changing the way you think and behave—it’s about helping you shift the deep things you can't do yourself.

How to Choose a QHHT Practitioner in Sydney?
For those seeking QHHT Sydney services, the benefit of a face-to-face session is the ability to fully surrender to the process in a high-vibration space. While NLP is a great "mental" tool, QHHT is a "soul" tool.
I have created a guide to help you choose the right practitioner for you:
