Frequently Asked Questions
What is QHHT® and how does it work?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) is a profound method developed by Dolores Cannon. It allows you to access your Subconscious or "Higher Self" for deep healing and clarity. Unlike standard hypnosis, a QHHT® session provides direct answers from your own inner wisdom regarding your life purpose and health.

Where is your Sydney studio located?
My private healing studio is located at 688 Bourke Street, Redfern, in the heart of inner Sydney near Centennial Parklands. Because we allocate the day for a QHHT® session, clients travel from all over Greater Sydney and NSW:
Train: 20 minute walk from Redfern Station, connecting you to Western Sydney and the South.
Light Rail: 12 minute walk from Surry Hills Station, ideal for those coming from the CBD or South East.
Bus: 2 minute walk from bus stops on Cleveland Street.
Driving/Uber: We are a central destination for clients driving from the Northern Beaches, Eastern Suburbs, and Sutherland Shire, with easy drop-off points right at the door.
Can I watch other people's QHHT® sessions or read about their experiences beforehand?
I'd encourage you not to. Every QHHT® session is entirely your own — shaped only by your Subconscious, not by what happened for someone else. Watching others' videos can quietly set expectations that aren't yours to carry, and the best sessions happen when you arrive open rather than comparing. Can I have a session online or via Zoom?
No. To maintain the safety and profound depth of the original Dolores Cannon method, all sessions must be conducted in person. The energetic connection required for a 5-7 hour deep-state experience cannot be replicated online. All sessions are held at my tranquil space in Redfern.

What if I doubt I can connect with my Subconscious, or I've never done anything like this before?
This is one of the most common concerns, and it's completely normal — especially if you're not used to tapping into your intuition. You don't need to understand or explain what comes through; you simply need to allow and accept that it is. There is no single way the Subconscious speaks — for some it's pictures, for others a feeling, a sound, a knowing, or simply a sense of certainty. Whatever way it shows up for you is the right way, and I guide you to understand your own unique way of receiving.

What should I expect during hypnosis?
Being in hypnosis doesn't mean you're unconscious or asleep. You're in an altered state, similar to theta — the space just before sleep, where the conscious mind is quiet. Some people feel aware for some or all of the experience, which means you may notice and remember what happens. Aware does not mean awake, and it does not make the experience any less real. Every session is unique; some clients remain highly aware, others recall less. To support your ongoing healing, I provide a digital recording of the entire session for you to listen to later.

How should I prepare for my session?
Preparation is simple: clear your schedule for the day and prepare a list of questions for your Subconscious. These usually cover health, career, and life purpose. Once you book your Redfern session, I will send a detailed guide to help you prepare energetically.

Is QHHT® covered by Medicare or Health Funds?
Currently, QHHT® sessions are not eligible for rebates under Medicare or private health insurance in Australia.
Does a QHHT® session in Sydney include past life regression?
Past life regression is common in a QHHT® session, but it's not the only experience. Your Subconscious will show you what's most useful — a past life, a scene from your current life, a glimpse of the future, or something beyond human form. The goal is receiving insight, answers, and guidance. Staying open, rather than expecting one outcome, leads to the most meaningful sessions. Read more here: How to Prepare for your QHHT® session (What to expect, really).
How long does a QHHT® session take?
A QHHT® session is a deep, transformative journey typically lasting between 5 to 7 hours, sometimes longer. We take as long as you need and we don't set a time limit. Because this requires my full energetic focus, I only book one client per day, starting at 10 am. This ensures a fully held, immersive and supportive environment in my Redfern studio, allowing you the time needed without the pressure of time.

Can I be hypnotised if I have ADHD?
Yes. Everyone can be hypnotised, including those with ADHD or a very active "busy" mind. Hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation. In my supportive environment, we work together to quiet the conscious mind so your Higher Consciousness can step forward effortlessly.
Will I remember everything afterwards?
People experience various levels of awareness during a session. No session is the same, even if you have experienced QHHT® before. Some clients remember every detail, while others feel like they’ve had a long, vivid dream. Regardless of what you recall, your digital recording ensures you have every insight captured to help the healing work integrate in the weeks following.
